1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RIOS platform, tools, web interfaces, and services provided by RajYug IT Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on RIOS for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing or for authorized enterprise account operations only. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the proprietary source code, assets, or software components.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without explicit consent from RajYug IT Solutions.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or crack any software contained on the RIOS platform.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Accounts, Passwords, and Security

To access certain features of RIOS, you may be required to create an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify RajYug IT Solutions immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use RIOS only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the platform:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail", "spam", or similar solicitations.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RajYug IT Solutions, an employee, or another user.
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use RIOS will cease immediately.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The materials on RIOS are provided on an 'as is' basis. RajYug IT Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. In no event shall RajYug IT Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
